The GoodSAMARitan Press publishes poetry chapbooks.  Submission is by email at jeromevbrooke @ yahoo .com.  The books are printed in Thailand.  The books are published in association with the Mirage Group and the New Mirage Quarterly.  GSP also publishes fiction, monographs and other texts.

1. Chapbooks are printed as paper back tabloids. Chapbooks are  limited to sixteen poems and sixteen pages, (with staple binding).  Longer collections are published with special price quotes.
2. Longer poems may extend for more than one page, so that 16 pages of text may include less than 16 poems.
3. Formal copyright is the responsibility of the customer, and is at his expense. Special notice and formal request must be made by customer.
4. Texts must be submitted by email, photo ready.  Editing of spelling, format, and style (and all other editing) is limited, unless special instructions  -  and terms - are established and agreed.
5. Each page sent to us should include the name and email address of the poet.
6. Payment by the client must be made to assist with publication.  The payment is $320.00.  The series is a commercial series, with listing (in most cases) in Amazon Books and other web pages, BIP (Books in Print), and with direct sales.  Review support is provided.  Private publication is also available.  The price for private publication (16 pages) is $60.00.
7. One payment copy will be provided after publication is made, in addition to the order.
8. The price for the books is $ 7.00 US for each copy.
9. The cost for shipping and handling is $ 4.00 for 1 to 3 copies - $ 7.00 for 4 to 9 copies (or 20 % as elected by poet).  
10. Longer poetry collections, fiction and other texts - are also published by GSP.  The subsidies are based on page count.  The costs range from 16 pages to 46 - priced at $360.00  (copies at $9.00)  - - -  46 to 99 pages, $420.00  ($12.00) - - -  99 to 199,  $720.00  ($24.00).  Binding may be by binding combs as available.
11. The price for the books is $ 7.00 US for each copy.
12. The cost for shipping and handling is $ 4.00 for 1 to 3 copies - $ 7.00 for 4 to 9 copies (or 20 % as elected by poet).
13. Ebook editions are also published by us (in most cases), in addition to standard texts.  Publication of each chapbook is followed by publication of an ebook, without additional charge. 
14.  Chapbooks are available in a variety of bindings, formats and paper types.   In some cases, special premium bindings and formats are available.  In some cases, the texts are produced by independent sources.  If options produced by these sources are selected, any additional production costs are paid by the customer.  There will also be additional payments to GoodSAMARitan Press as well (20% to 60% of contract price).
15.   In some cases, poets may elect for ebooks to be produced by independent agencies, with any additional cost paid by the customer (with 20% to 60% additional  charge  payable to us, as well).
16.   Marketing (in some cases) is assisted by the customer. Marketing may include  the posting of poems in websites, with notes of publications (and citation of sources).   Many websites permit posting of poems, with notes of sources - and publication credits.  These can serve as advertisements.  Customers may need to post their poems, depending on policies of the websites. This posting is in addition to marketing by GSP.  Certain websites also permit ebooks to be generated, without charge.  In some cases, the customer may need to set up the ebook (with our support, as may be possible).  In some cases, websites also allow traditional paperbacks and hardbacks to be generated, as Publication on Demand texts.  In some cases, the customer will need to generate the texts (with our support, as may be possible).  In many cases, GPS will post poems, generate ebooks, and set up Publication on Demand titles independently.  Policies of websites will determine the requirements.
17.  GSP provides additional production texts, presentation copies and remainder copies  - with all orders (as available).  Additional copies are provided with larger orders, pursuant to special offers to customers.  In some cases these are used as premiums for quantity orders.  
18.  Payment may be mailed to the address appearing below - Payment may also be made by Western Union, Jerome Brooke, Chonburi, Thailand.  All checks and money orders should be payable to Jerome Brooke.  Payment may be by Paypal to jeromevbrooke @ yahoo .com.
19.   Customers may purchase their books in quantity, and distribute on their own.  Book tours, book signings, poetry readings, book talks, and library donations are often used by customers to promote their books.  Costs are the responsibility of the customer, with limited advice and support from us.  The goal is to circulate copies of the work, to establish publication credits, to obtain reviews, and to preserve the work  - long term.
20.   Poets should search internet under the terms Jerome Brooke, GoodSAMARitan Press, and Mirage Group.  The results will illustrate marketing tactics.  Sample copies of our publications may be ordered from Amazon Books and other websites.  These samples  may be located by the terms listed.
